I was born in Buffalo, New York but grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario. I’ve been a writer for over thirty years now. My work has appeared in the National Post, Huffington Post, CBC, Ottawa Citizen, Montreal Gazette, Calgary Herald and elsewhere. I’ve been on radio and television, and for a while I was a weekly CTV News panelist. I’m also the President and Founder of Spear Communications. This website is a collection of all my shorter works (i.e. everything except my books)—editorials, short stories, personal essays, humor, business writing, and poems. I’ve also done a lot of ghost writing. I am a writing machine.
